If you are a clinic staff or admin, make sure you assigned the correct provider. Search and select a patient account from the list by clicking on it. If not found, create one by clicking on New Patient. You need at least the patient's first name, last name and email address. Check the appointment details and click Confirm. Optum National Telemedicine Call Center - 1-844-852-9225.Support hours are from 7AM-9PM CT (Mon-Fri) and 8AM-7PM CT (Sat-Sun). Some patients may be triaged to a telemedicine appointment from a nurse. Download VSee Clinic on your phone by visiting the Google Play Store. A few minutes before your designated appointment, you will receive your doctor's virtual waiting room link by text message or by email. VSee support staff hours are from 6AM-6PM PT (Mon-Fri). Hours of the clinic are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m Eastern Time. A patient that wishes to use. For VSee Messenger users, please visit this link for a step-by-step guide.
