Eric Worre 7 Steps

Eric Worre ‘s book “Go Pro” has been the #1 best seller on Amazon.com for 67 days straight now and if you have never read it I highly recommend it. Like Tim Sales, he struggled at Network Marketing in the beginning (who doesn’t!), but once he figured out the education and training required to be a true professional Network Marketer, like Tim Sales, he too became a 7 figure a year earner. Like any profession, if you want to become a true professional you need to commit and go through the challenges required to make it happen. When I was in Park City with Tim Sales we did hours of drills will few breaks and covered the same material over and over again – not exactly fun but compared to working at a J.O.B. (I used to commute 136 miles a day) it is relatively easy. If you read my Tim Sales Slenderiiz Training blog and watched the video from Eric Worre and Tim Sales “No Excuses Summit” you know what I am talking about. The “MLM is Not Hard” video Tim did puts things in perspective!

Why People Fail at Network Marketing

Network Marketing is a real profession that requires real work and the right training to be successful. If you have ever watched Donald Trump’s Apprentice show there are a lot of people who “fail” and get fired as the competition progresses. Thousands of people try to get on the show to be trained by Donald Trump in the hope they too can be successful like he is (I wonder if those people have ever read the article where “The Donald” recommends Network Marketing). There is no difference in Network Marketing. You have to go through the process of self development and develop the mind set that failure is not an option. Many people treat Network Marketing like a hobby, make hobby money, and then say “it doesn’t work” and of course quit. Mr. Worre quit in the beginning but when his Dad got involved he had the fear of loss overcame his fear of rejection. He struggled for 3 years before anything really started happening. There were several things that stood out to him during his journey to success and he wrote about them in his new book. One of the key things is showing up for events – and I got to think about this as we commuted a thousand miles to attend the Breakthrough Summit last weekend – and another 3 hours to ponder this too while we sat in Friday night rush hour traffic on the Los Angeles Grape vine (what an opportunity to overcome my distaste of rush hour traffic too (LOL)). Some of our team came from as far away as Hamilton Ontario, and I saw license plates from Delaware and Florida too. There were a lot of folks who “showed up” and went way out of their way to get there. If you want to be successful in this business you need to attend events like these, make sacrifices you normally wouldn’t, and of course put the principles into action when you return home.

Eric Worre on Going Pro

During his presentation, Mr. Worre outlined the 7 steps he explains in his book and added some excellent humor too! One thing he said I really liked was “it is a good goal to become a Millionaire but not for the money but what you will become before you achieve that goal”. He calls becoming a Millionaire through Network Marketing the MLM Grinding wheel and I think that is the perfect description for it. You really have to go through some personal growth to reach your goals but you will get there if you apply the correct principles, get the right training, and do not quit. Now that I think of it, the fact that his book is #1 Best Seller right now means there are a lot of people acccepting Network Marketing as a Profession now. Hooray – it is about time!

Eric & Marcus

Once you are a millionaire you can give back a lot more than you ever could when you were broke. I remember how I used to struggle just to make ends meet but after plowing through a lot of resistance and F.U.D. (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) I managed to become a professional at IBM and eventually in Network Marketing. Now Sandra & I have tithed more to our Church than we used to make in a whole year and that is a really good feeling. I have always believed the phrase “To give is to receive” and in Network Marketing this is definitely the case. The ARIIX slogan “Unleashing the Human Potential for Good” is a great slogan and is so true – this industry truly unleashes your potential for good. Your success depends on how many people you can help realize their potential for good. Fortunately, with Trainers like Tim Sales and Eric Worre helping us, Network Marketing is not as difficult as it used to be. They have done the ground work and have established a solid track to run on.
